Production time
Production turnaround is shown on each product page (typically 3–5 business days after artwork is approved). Production is independent of shipping transit time.
Carriers
We ship via national carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier and service level are selected at checkout based on the destination and product size.
Free shipping
Standard ground shipping is free on orders over $99 within the contiguous United States. Larger items, expedited service, and shipments outside the contiguous US are quoted at carrier rates.
Tracking
Once an order ships, a tracking link is emailed to the address on the order. If you haven’t received tracking within the production window, email support@tuliprint.com.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the carrier’s expected window, contact us within 14 days and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
