How time on an order works
Two clocks run on every order: production time (how long it takes us to make your piece) and shipping time (how long the carrier takes to deliver it). Both happen in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
Production starts after artwork is approved — either automatically on standard configurator orders, or after you sign off on a proof for custom jobs.
Order cutoff for same-day production start
Orders placed and approved by 3:00pm Eastern Time on a business day begin production the same day. Orders after the cutoff (or on weekends/holidays) begin production the next business day.
Production turnaround by product family
These are typical standard turnarounds. Specific timing is shown on each product page; rush options may be available at checkout.
- Vinyl banners — 1–3 business days
- Stickers & decals — 2–4 business days
- Rigid signs (foam, PVC, aluminum) — 2–5 business days
- Advertising flags — 3–5 business days
- Trade-show products (retractables, backdrops, table covers) — 3–5 business days
- Custom event tents — 5–10 business days
- Wall art & canvas — 3–7 business days
- Adhesive products (floor graphics, window clings) — 2–5 business days
Rush options
Many products offer rush production at checkout. Rush reduces production time (often to next business day) for an added fee. If a date is critical, email hello@tuliprint.co with your deadline before ordering — we’ll confirm what’s achievable.
Shipping methods & carriers
We ship via UPS and FedEx; the carrier is selected at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, and the service level you choose. Available service levels:
- Ground — 1–5 business days within the contiguous US
- 2-Day — guaranteed 2 business days after the package ships
- Overnight — next business day after the package ships
Live shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the dimensional weight of your order.
Tracking
Once your order leaves our production partner, a tracking link is emailed to the address on the order and shown on your account orders page. If you haven’t seen tracking after the production window, email hello@tuliprint.co and we’ll chase it.
Large & freight items
Oversized pieces — large banners (above ~10ft on a side), large rigid signs, retractable kits, and custom tents — ship via freight LTL or oversize parcel. For these orders we’ll confirm the shipping method and cost after the order is placed; freight delivery requires a contact phone number for the delivery appointment.
International shipping
At launch, we ship within the contiguous United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations are not currently supported. We expect to add Canada later in 2026; email us if you have a specific need.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@tuliprint.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the carton and contents. For shipments that don’t arrive on the carrier’s expected window, contact us and we’ll open a trace. See the full process on the Returns & reprints page.
