Who we serve
Most of our customers are small businesses, event organizers, marketing teams, and individuals running pop-ups, fundraisers, conferences, or local promotions. How we’re built
TuliPrint is operated by PrimeCommerce LLC. We’re a small, focused team — that’s on purpose. It lets us keep pricing honest, ship product changes quickly, and answer your email the same day. Behind the storefront we run a modern ecommerce stack (MedusaJS and Next.js) paired with a network of production partners who specialize in their respective product families (large-format vinyl, rigid signage, soft-signage, stickers, and event structures).
What you can expect
- Real prices, no quoting games. Every standard product has live pricing on the configurator. What you see is what you pay.
- Honest turnaround windows. If a job will be late, we tell you before it ships — not after.
- Human support. A real person reads every email. We answer within one business day, usually faster.
