Pre-launch baseline. This policy describes our intended practices and is published so customers can review our posture before launch. We will revise it as our systems and legal review are finalized.
1. Information we collect
- Account & order details — name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and the contents of your orders.
- Artwork you upload — files you submit for printing, retained only as long as needed to produce and reprint your order.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on TuliPrint servers.
- Site usage — basic analytics such as pages visited and approximate location, used to operate and improve the Site.
2. How we use information
- To process and fulfill your orders, including coordinating with shipping carriers.
- To respond to support requests and communicate about your orders.
- To improve our products, pricing, and Site experience.
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We share information with the service providers we use to run TuliPrint — including payment processing (Stripe), shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), and hosting infrastructure — only as needed to deliver your order. We don’t sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember cart contents, and measure Site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not work as expected.
5. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@tuliprint.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and our record-keeping obligations.
6. Data retention
We retain order and account records as long as needed to provide service, comply with tax and legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Uploaded artwork is retained for a limited reorder window and then deleted.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
